Toms (V.T.Thomas) was working in a large newspaper organisation till a few years back.
His cartoon, Boban and Molly, dealt with the adventures of a small boy, Boban,
and his younger sister, Molly, both around seven to ten years old.

His cartoons, in the early days, mainly dealt with
the adventures of the two children.

His later cartoons had the children standing by while
the other characters discussed matters of political importance.

And this finally got him into trouble.

One week, his cartoon was a very biting sarcasm of the policies
of the ruling party.

The next week, Boban and Molly were fooling around and the cartoon
had no politics or contemporary matters in it at all.

The next week, Toms' signature had disappeared from the cartoon
and we came to know that he had been sacked.
